Respondent corporation has done some business in Idaho since 1959. Defendants-appellants, husband and wife, operate a dairy
farm in southeast Idaho. Respondent brought this action to foreclose a conditional sales agreement with appellants on certain dairy equipment and
to foreclose a chattel mortgage on a number of dairy cows mortgaged to it by appellants.
